Free United States delivery
Standard tracked delivery is free to the contiguous 48 United States. US territories, APO/FPO, and certain remote destinations may require a custom quote; we will contact you before charging any amount not shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery target
Dispatch timing starts when you approve your piece. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of your approval and to deliver within 7–15 calendar days for supported destinations. If a product requires special production or a supplier delay, we will notify you before dispatch and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking and carrier changes
A tracking number is sent when the parcel leaves the fulfillment studio. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show its first event. We may change carriers when necessary while preserving the promised service level.
International delivery
International shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Import VAT, customs duty, and brokerage charges may be assessed by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states that taxes or duties are included, the recipient is responsible for those government charges.
Delays, loss, and non-delivery
Contact us if tracking has not updated for seven business days. We will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, replace or refund the order. If an order is not delivered within 30 days after the applicable promised date, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Address accuracy
Review the delivery address before payment. We can usually correct an address before dispatch. Once shipped, carrier changes may not be possible. Refused or uncollected parcels may be returned at the customer’s expense.
Market availability: Checkout for the United Kingdom and European Union remains disabled unless the required VAT, IOSS, product-safety, representative, and packaging-responsibility arrangements are configured and documented.
