Material information
Each product page identifies the available material information, including whether a stone is natural, treated, lab-created, simulated, or otherwise manufactured, and whether the metal is solid, filled, plated, or gold-tone. Final supplier documentation controls the description of inventory.
Natural variation
Crystal and gemstone products vary in hue, saturation, transparency, inclusions, surface texture, and dimensions. Product photography is representative. The delivered piece will match the stated product type and quality tier but may not be an exact visual match to the photograph.
Care instructions
- Put jewelry on after cosmetics, perfume, and hair products have dried.
- Keep pieces away from cleaners, chlorine, salt water, sweat, and prolonged humidity.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box.
- Remove jewelry before exercise, bathing, swimming, or heavy work.
- Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners unless the product page expressly approves it.
Plated finishes and wear
Plated finishes can fade or wear naturally with friction, moisture, and chemicals. This is normal wear and not a gemstone defect. Follow the care guidance for the individual product.
Sensitive skin and age suitability
Some metal alloys may contain nickel or other substances that can irritate sensitive skin. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs. Our products are not toys and are not intended for children under 12. Keep small pieces away from children and pets because they can present a choking hazard.
Metal and chemical safety
Metal components intended for prolonged skin contact may be subject to nickel-release limits in the EU and UK, and other chemical restrictions may apply. California Proposition 65 may also require warnings for certain jewelry components depending on material and exposure. We require supplier documentation before publishing a product and will add market-specific warnings when testing or supplier data indicates they are required.
