Shipping and delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free to the contiguous 48 United States. US territories, APO/FPO, and certain remote destinations may require a custom quote. International shipping amounts are shown at checkout.
How fast is delivery?
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver within 7–15 calendar days for supported destinations. Customs, carrier disruption, weather, or address problems can extend delivery. If we cannot meet the promised date or deliver within 30 days where no date was stated, you may cancel for a full refund.
Are duties or VAT included?
Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, government import charges are not included. The recipient is responsible for any VAT, customs duty, or brokerage fee assessed by the destination country.
Returns and consumer rights
Can I cancel or return an order?
Yes. Eligible orders can be returned within 30 days. EU and UK consumers also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Personalized or made-to-order items may be excluded where the law permits. See the Returns, Cancellations & Refunds page for the complete process.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping. We provide the return destination and instructions after you contact us.
When are refunds issued?
Qualifying statutory refunds are processed within 14 days. Other approved returns are generally processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Refunds go to the original PayPal payment method.
Products and care
The image looks like a real photograph. Is it?
No. Specimen images are AI-generated illustrations of the material and form we work with. They are not photographs of a physical piece we hold. Every specimen is different, so we send real photographs and video of the actual piece before you pay.
How does a specimen sourcing request work?
Specimens are sourced to order. Send a request and we reply within 2 business days with photographs, video, weight and measurements of a specific piece we can supply. If you accept, we confirm the price and shipping in writing and send a PayPal invoice. If you decline, you owe nothing and the request closes.
Will my crystal look identical to the photo?
No two natural crystals are identical. Color, inclusions, transparency, shape, and dimensions can vary. Product pages identify material and variation details available from the supplier.
Are products intended for healing?
No. We sell decorative jewelry and collector items. We do not make medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed spiritual claims.
How should I care for my purchase?
Keep pieces clean and dry, avoid chemicals and prolonged moisture, and store them separately. Review the Materials & Care page for the general routine.
