These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the website or place an order. They operate alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not excluded or limited.
Products and product information
We sell decorative crystal, gemstone, and jewelry products. We do not promise medical, therapeutic, or specific spiritual outcomes. Natural stones can vary in color, inclusions, transparency, dimensions, and surface character. Product photography is representative, and the product page identifies material, treatment-status, and variation information available before purchase.
Availability and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the goods only unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping to the contiguous United States is free. Applicable international delivery amounts are displayed at checkout. Import VAT, duties, and brokerage charges may be imposed by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and offer the corrected terms, cancellation, or a full refund.
Contract and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. Payment is processed by PayPal. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorized, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, the shipping address cannot be verified, or law requires it.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver within 7 calendar days for supported destinations. Delivery is subject to carrier, customs, weather, and public-holiday delays. If we cannot meet the applicable promised delivery date or, where no date was stated, deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the unshipped item and receive a full refund.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds

We also offer an additional 30-day return window for eligible unused goods. Personalized or made-to-order items may be excluded where permitted by applicable law and will be identified before purchase.
Risk, title, and address accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address and contact details before payment. Risk passes in accordance with applicable law and the carrier terms. Refused, uncollected, or undeliverable parcels may be returned at the customer’s expense after any statutory rights are accounted for.
Intellectual property
