Pick the items from the catalogue, we photograph the actual batch before packing. Pay 30% deposit, balance before dispatch. Samples at cost, credited against the bulk order.

Locked pricing for 90 days, monthly or quarterly shipments, one invoice per batch with the documents attached.
Compliance
The part that gets goods held at customs.
Most crystal suppliers send an invoice and a box. Clearance problems start where the paperwork stops. These documents ship with every order:
- Commercial invoice with HS code and country of origin
- Packing list with gross and net weight per carton
- Material and treatment declaration — natural, dyed, heat-treated, irradiated
- Origin marking advice for US entry
- HS classification opinion from our broker (7103.10 / 7103.99 / 7116.20)
- California Prop 65 note for minerals containing lead or arsenic
What we do not provide: gemological lab reports. Those cost $40–80 per stone and are ordered separately when a buyer needs them.
EU buyers: we supply the product information you need for GPSR, and we will work with your EU responsible person on labelling.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item, and every product page states it. Carvings and beads usually start at 5 pieces or 5 strands; spheres, towers and clusters are priced per kilo with a 15–25 kg minimum. You can mix items in one order.
Who pays the duty?
On DDP, we do — it is inside the quoted price. On FOB or CIF, your broker does, and you should budget the current 30.5% for HS 7103.99 from China.
How long does delivery take?
7–12 days door to door by air DDP for orders under 20 kg. Sea freight is 25–35 days and only worth it for geodes and heavy pieces.
Can I see the actual pieces before shipping?
Yes. Every batch is photographed after packing, and the photos are sent for approval before dispatch. What you approve is what ships.
Do you do private label?
Yes — logo card, box sticker and insert. MOQ 100 per design, around $60 one-off for the tooling.
Are the stones natural?
They are, and where a piece is dyed, heat-treated or irradiated, the invoice says so. Any supplier who will not put that in writing is the risk, not the stone.
