The Inclusion Hunter

Custom Bracelet Process

The five stages from inquiry to written quote and tracked dispatch.

The direct answer

Every custom bracelet follows the same five stages: share your requirements, confirm the available specification, approve a written quote, approve production after the details are final, then receive a quality-checked tracked shipment. The final price and production window are stated before you pay.

Step 1 — Share your requirements

Send your wrist circumference, preferred fit, country, desired timing, budget range, and the inclusion character or colour direction you prefer. If exact appearance is important, ask for current selection photographs before quotation.

Step 2 — Confirm the specification

We confirm what is available: bead diameter, wrist length, bead count, inclusion character, cord, finish, and any limits. Natural variation is documented rather than hidden. If the requested look is not available, we will explain the closest realistic alternative.

Step 3 — Approve the written quote

The quote states the final USD price, material description, construction, production window, shipping charge, delivery target, insurance or signature requirements where relevant, and the cancellation or return terms that apply.

Step 4 — Production and approval

Production begins after the written specification and quote are accepted. Where practical, we provide a selection image before stringing. Inclusion placement, colour, transparency, and bead pattern will differ from representative images.

Step 5 — Quality check and dispatch

The finished bracelet is measured, checked, packed protectively, and dispatched with tracking. Delivery targets apply after dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed. Customs, carrier, weather, and destination delays can affect delivery.

What we need before making the piece

  • Wrist measurement and fit preference.
  • Bead diameter or an approved alternative.
  • Material, inclusion, colour, and finish direction.
  • Delivery country and any deadline.
  • Written acceptance of the final specification and price.

What is not promised

  • An exact replication of the representative image.
  • A mineral identity, treatment status, or origin that has no supporting documentation.
  • A guaranteed delivery date when customs or carrier conditions are outside our control.
  • Medical, spiritual, financial, or relationship outcomes.
